I feel incredibly fortunate to have been part of Aspasiana’s pilot program introducing the Rise Resilient movement. This experience has truly been life-changing for me.
Through the program, I didn’t just learn how to manage my stress levels, I gained the tools to handle stressful situations more effectively and, even more importantly, to recognise the early signs of stress before it builds up. That awareness alone has made such a difference in my daily life.
Combined with my weekly yoga practice, the program helped me establish a routine that I can actually maintain. For the first time, I’ve learned how to find peace within myself and create a more balanced lifestyle. In the past, whenever I fell out of routine, it would take me months to get back on track, but now I feel equipped to reset much more quickly and with confidence.
