Move & Breathe

Your body holds your story and your capacity for change.

These sessions are offered as drop-in or pop-up experiences, created in response to people, places, and moments that call for grounding and connection. Sessions may take place in homes, community spaces, workplaces, outdoors, or natural settings such as the beach.

Through yoga and breathwork, we explore how mindful movement and conscious breathing support regulation, release, and reconnection.

The work turns inward, without pressure or performance. It offers space to listen, soften, and respond with care.

Through these sessions, you may begin to

  • build a kinder relationship with your body

  • release held tension and emotional weight

  • calm the nervous system and support mental clarity

  • reconnect with intuition and inner guidance

Practices are gentle yet purposeful, adapted to the space and the people present. No prior experience is required.

This is not about fixing or forcing change.
It is about creating the conditions for awareness and integration to unfold.
