Who am I?

Hi, I’m Mikki.

I am an adventurer at heart, a scientist by training, and a nature lover to my core. Alongside my work as a consultant, I have always been drawn to deeper questions around resilience, balance, and what it truly means to live and lead well.

That curiosity first led me to yoga, breathwork, and embodied movement, practices I have explored for nearly two decades. In 2023, I deepened this path by completing my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, grounding years of personal practice in structured study and teaching. I later expanded into the inner landscape of the mind through Neuro-Linguistic Programming, becoming a Master Practitioner in 2025.

For many years, I lived from achievement and expectation. Outwardly capable and driven, yet often inwardly disconnected and self-critical. It was through breathwork, movement, and mindset work that I learned how to regulate my nervous system, soften self-doubt, and reconnect with a deeper sense of clarity, trust, and resilience.

Aspasiana grew from weaving these threads together: science and embodied practice, nature and self-inquiry, movement and stillness.

Inspired by Aspasia, the philosopher and mentor who quietly shaped the leaders of ancient Greece, and by pranayama, the yogic science of breath, Aspasiana blends ancient wisdom with modern tools to support conscious self-leadership.

Through breathwork, movement, and mindset training, I support individuals and leaders in building resilience, strengthening self-awareness, and responding to life from presence rather than pressure.

Whether you are navigating burnout, transition, or simply sensing that there must be a more grounded way to live and lead, this work meets you where you are.

Aspasiana is, in many ways, my own journey home to myself.
It is a path I invite you to explore alongside me.
